Located in the quite and peaceful surroundings of Warrandyte, Blakemore Building was asked to create a large outdoor entertaining area. Our restrictions were building on a very steep block as well as being in a fire prone area which has a BAL 40 rating. The design incorporated Fire Shield Modwood which provided a low maintenance out door area as well as meeting the fire requirements in Nillumbik Shire. 

Over 100m2 of decking was added to the northern side of this property including a first floor balcony and a new flight of stairs.
